1. Are you able to serve food and drinks while we do our activity?

Yes we have a restaurant at the center that can provide light refreshments or full meals. Please visit our restaurant page for further information.

2. Do you have insurance?

Yes we have passenger liability insurance for all of our boats. Please note however that while we have taken the highest level of cover available it does not compare to western countries. Therefore customers need to make sure that they have adequate travel insurance and they are covered for the specific activities they wish to do. You will also be asked to sign a waiver before starting your activity.

3. What happens in the event of bad weather?

In the event of bad weather we will do our best to reschedule your activity. If this is not possible we will refund any advanced payments.

4. How do I pay for my activity?

Depending on the time of year we pay ask for advance payment to secure your activity. The balance is then to be paid on the day in cash. Sri Lanka Rupees are preferred. Please note we do not have a credit card machine.

5. What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel an activity any advance payment will be forfeited.

6. Do I need to be a good swimmer?

No. We have activities suitable for none swimmers such as jet skiing, cycling or a river safari. We can also arrange a gentle banana boat or tube rides where you will not fall off until the very end and only into waist high water where you can stand up and walk to the jetty.

7. Do you have toilet, shower and locker facilities?

Yes. We have showers, toilets and are in the process of building a new changing room with individual lockers.

8. Do you provide towels?

No. You must bring your own towels and swimwear.

9. Do you provide transport from our hotel?

Yes. We provide complimentary transport from any hotel in Beruwela, Bentota or Induruwa.

10. What languages are spoken by your staff?

Chatu our center manager speaks English, Singalese and Russian.

11. Do you have a car park?

Yes we have a car park large enough for cars and minivans. Coaches must park on the main Galle Road by the bridge.

12. Do you provide watersports packages or team building days?

Yes we can tailor make packages, team building days and events to suit your requirements. Please email us at
